Your subscription is activated immediately after payment. For Offset Journey, your carbon offset tracking begins right away. For product subscriptions, your first shipment will be prepared within 1–2 business days.
Your chosen subscription (Offset Journey or product delivery) will be billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Currently, we do not offer referral discounts, but we appreciate you recommending Daily-admin.com for both carbon offsetting and eco-friendly product subscriptions.
At this time, subscriptions cannot be paused. You can cancel and re-subscribe anytime if you need a break from either your Offset Journey plan or your product deliveries.
You can cancel your Offset Journey subscription or product subscription anytime from your account dashboard under Subscription Settings.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, allowing you to continue receiving your carbon offsets and/or product deliveries until then.
